1. Agreement and provider
These terms govern use of Contactus, operated by Nikba Creative Studio SRL, Republic of Moldova. By creating an account or using a paid plan, you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Contactus provides website contact widgets, messenger links, configuration tools and, on eligible plans, lead capture and related management functions. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorized access. You may not use the service for unlawful content, spam, impersonation, harassment, malware, infringement, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to bypass security, plan limits or rate limits.
4. Customer responsibilities and lead data
You control the websites where the widget is installed and the data requested from visitors. You are responsible for a lawful basis, notices, consent where required, data minimization, data-subject requests and retention. Do not submit sensitive or payment-card data through lead fields.
5. Plans, payments and cancellation
Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal and renew according to the selected cycle until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Cancellation stops future renewal subject to PayPal processing and the access or grace period shown in the dashboard. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already charged are non-refundable.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages or technical failures may affect availability. We may improve or change features in a commercially reasonable manner.
7. Intellectual property
Contactus software, branding and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your content and grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide and secure the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment or legal necessity. You may stop using the service and cancel subscriptions.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party messenger or payment services. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, aggregate liability for a paid service is limited to fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. We may update them and will publish the effective date.
